My 1st Goal, A Fitting Second Entry

My first goal and probably the last I'll achieve, becoming a top Google result for my name.

My first goal and probably the last I’ll achieve is to be one of the top Google results when searching for my name. My first name, “Andrew” will be competing with andrew.com and a Hurricane. How hard can that be to top? My last name, “McCloud” will be a greater challenge. Looks like I’ll be challenging a TV show, Star Fox, and a guy named Scott. For my full name “Andrew McCloud”, I can guarantee I do not play college football but I’m confident this will be the first keyword I’ll conquer. But how?

I am slowly building my internet presence, my personal brand. In a sense I am marketing myself. All of my content, media, experiments, ideas, thoughts, and actions link back to my blog. The plan is to gain my blog authority and Google lives on site authority.

But why?

Because it’s fucking cool?
